Remember a year and a half ago, when I spent several months transforming and totally decking out a little dollhouse for Emily Henderson's I'm a Giant challenge? If not (or if you just want to reminisce about the awesomeness), click here to read all my posts about it! You'll be amazed at how much our photos have changed since then...
Well, my awesome little house has been collecting dust in various rooms of our apartment since then, and now that we're in crazy downsizing mode for the big move, I've finally decided to let it go... but only to a good, loving home :)
Since I last shared photos, I removed all the pieces that weren't actually dollhouse stuff (the brass chair bottle opener, the hand sculpture, the bed made out of a tiny picture frame and metal tray, etc.), so all that's left is a simple, modern, miniature loft home.
Perfect decor for your little girl's room, and an excellent plaything for older children who don't like to bang things on the ground or put them in their mouths. It's actually the most gender neutral dollhouse I've ever seen, so it's great for your little boy who wants to play, too!
Lovely open floor plan with a living and dining area downstairs...
... and a cool loft area upstairs. I'm still obsessed with that crazy gold chair.
And it could all be yours, beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, adorable furniture, and everything else, for only $40! Cheapest, most awesomest dollhouse EVER. Dollhouse stuff is oddly expensive, I discovered, so this is a seriously good deal. Check out my craigslist ad for more pictures and details. I really want someone and their kids to love and enjoy this little house, and I can't imagine anyone understanding that better than all you lovely blog readers. Comment or contact me with questions, and I would totally pack this up and ship it to you anywhere in the world so if you're interested but far away, just email me with your zip code or country and I will give you a shipping quote.
Come on blog-reading parents, jump on this!
